The web portal Portal Time2Staff is provided by Time2Staff AS, organization number 924543450. All information and images on the website are owned by the company or its partners and cannot be copied without permission.

2. Rates

All prices are shown in local currencies and include VAT. The total price, including all taxes, will be displayed in the shopping cart.

3.1 Payment

We offer different payment methods:

  1. Premium (For creditworthy companies): Invoicing after the job is done, with daily invoicing and a 7-day due date.
  2. Premium Plus (For creditworthy companies): Monthly invoicing on the last day of the month, with a 30-day credit period. A service fee from 2.5% to 4.5% of the total invoice amount applies (charged by the credit company).

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the service starts, with a full refund of any payment made. Customers can also edit their jobs up to 4 hours before the job start time.

5. Undo

Cancellation is not possible if customers cancel less than 4 hours prior to the job/event. All services are billed per hour.

6. Privacy, Security, and Personal Information

By placing an order, you agree to the storage and use of your information to fulfill our obligations. All communications via email are documented to provide the expected service. We will not share your personal information with third parties, ensuring compliance with GDPR.

8. Cookies

Cookies are text files sent from a website to your computer, stored either in memory (session cookies) or as text files (text-based cookies). They store your login or shopping cart while browsing. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place orders on our site. Note that cookies do not store personal information.

9.1 Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond human control, such as war, extensive labor conflicts, blockades, fires, environmental disasters, or severe infections, may release parties from their obligations. This applies only if the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party must be notified immediately of such circumstances.

9.2 Change of Terms of Employment

After a purchase is made, the terms cannot be changed unless otherwise agreed.

9.4 Disputes and Laws

Norwegian law applies to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes will be handled exclusively by a Norwegian court.

10. Principle of Equal Treatment

The customer must ensure employees have the same access to facilities as their own employees, unless objectively unreasonable, in accordance with The Working Environment Act (Aml.) § 14-12a (2) or § 11 of the State Employees Act. The customer must inform Time2Staff of relevant changes in salary and working conditions as early as possible and before implementing changes for their own employees.

11. Harassment Prevention, Inclusion, and Conflict Resolution

At Time2Staff, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment that values diverse backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, and religions. Our policies for addressing harassment and resolving employment-related issues ensure that each person feels valued, supported, and free from any form of harassment, including harassment based on ethnicity or religion.

11.1 Harassment Prevention and Consequences

Harassment of any form, including sexual, verbal, physical, or visual harassment, or conduct creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment, is strictly prohibited. Harassment based on ethnicity, cultural background, religion, or national origin will not be tolerated and is subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment or suspension from the Time2Staff application.

11.2 Ethnic, Cultural, and Religious Awareness

We promote awareness and understanding of different ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Open dialogue and respectful communication are encouraged to foster inclusivity and mutual respect.

11.3 Reporting Harassment

If you experience or witness harassment, including harassment based on ethnicity or religion, report it promptly:

  1. Informal Resolution: If comfortable, address the issue directly with the individual involved or discuss with your immediate supervisor or manager.
  2. Formal Complaint: If unresolved through informal means or if uncomfortable addressing it directly, file a formal complaint with your immediate supervisor, manager, HR representative, or any member of the management team

11.4 Timelines for Raising Personal Grievances

  1. General Personal Grievances: Should be raised within 90 days from the date the issue occurred.
  2. Sexual Harassment and Ethnic/Religious Harassment Grievances: Must be raised within 12 months from the date the incident occurred. These matters are addressed with utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.

11.5 Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

All reports of harassment and grievances will be treated confidentially to the extent permitted by law. Retaliation against individuals who report harassment or raise grievances is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

11.6 Investigation and Resolution

Upon receipt of a complaint, Time2Staff will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation, involving interviews, document reviews, and necessary actions. Appropriate measures will be taken to address and prevent recurrence of the issue. We are dedicated to a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
