I - Definitions
- Customer: A customer who posts jobs on our portal, also referred to as a workplace.
- Time2Staff: Time2Staff AS, Lien 79, 5057 Bergen, Norway.
- T2S: Time2Staff
- T2S-Platform: Our digital platform.
- Easy Freelance AS: The entity handling payments, tax deductions, etc.
- User: A natural person who uses the service to work, also referred to as “Staff”.
- Jobs: Jobs posted by Customers and available to Users/Staff.

III - Description of Our Services
- Job Posting and Registration:
- T2S provides a platform where Customers post extra Jobs that Users can register their interest in by applying to the jobs.
- Customers specify the job title and minimum criteria for Users, along with useful job preparation information such as date, time, address, uniform, etc.
- Job Search and Assignment:
- Users search for interesting Jobs. Customers assign Jobs to the User they believe is best qualified.
- Customers have a cancellation option up to 4 hours before the start of the job.
- Customers have editing options up to 4 hours before the start of the job.
- Employment Contract and Job Check-In/Out:
- EasyFreelance AS signs a contract with the User 4 hours before the job starts.
- Upon arrival, the User must check in via the Time2Staff Platform, and the Customer can approve this manually if necessary.
- At the end of the job, the User must check out via the T2S Platform, with Customer approval as needed.
- Ratings and Payment:
- Users and Customers rate each other after the job. Ratings range from 1 to 5 stars. Both ratings will be visible to Users and Customers.
- EasyFreelance pays salaries shortly after job completion based on check-in and check-out times.
- Customers should approve the hours worked as soon as possible to enable EasyFreelance to pay out the salaries to User/Staff.
- In case of late approval, meaning longer than 5 working days, the Time2Staff system can approve the hours automatically.
IV - User Account
As a User, you have a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Time2Staff Platform and its content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Time2Staff.
V - Customer Payment for Services
- Customer Types:
- Premium customers pay in arrears.
- Premium plus customers pay with a longer due date including fees.
- Extending Working Hours:
- Customers can extend working hours and pay for the extension via the Time2Staff Platform.
- Premium plus customers pay with a longer due date including fees.
VI - Customer Satisfaction Bonus
- Users receive a bonus when they achieve a top rating (5 stars) on ten jobs.
- User ratings are visible to all customers before job assignment.
VII - Additional Terms
- The Time2Staff Platform is only available to persons over 18 years of age.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.
- Time2Staff may modify or remove parts of the service at any time.
- Time2Staff is not responsible for third-party content or any loss/damage resulting from its use.
- Users must not use another person's Time2Staff account or create fake accounts.
- Users are not entitled to use Time2Staff content for commercial purposes.
- Content on the Time2Staff app must not be shared with third parties by Users or Customers.
- Time2Staff can remove any user immediately if they misuse the platform or cause damage.
- Job Cancellation and No-Show Policies:
- Cancellation must be done through Time2Staff support lines with a valid reason. Last minute cancellations will be visible on Users’ profiles.
- No-shows result in suspension and are visible on the Users’ profiles.
- Workplace Conduct and Compensation Policy:
- Unprofessional behaviour can lead to being sent home and compensated only for hours worked. Time2Staff relies on Customer’s feedback on this issue.
VIII - Duration and Termination of the Agreement
- These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement until further notice and as long as the user uses the Time2Staff Platform.
- Users can stop using the Time2Staff Platform at any time except for when Users have pending job applications or awaiting approvals. T2S may cease offering the platform at any time, either temporarily or permanently.
IX - Harassment Prevention, Inclusion, and Conflict Resolution
- Harassment Prevention and Consequences:
- T2S strictly prohibits all forms of harassment and will take disciplinary action against such behaviour.
- Ethnic, Cultural, and Religious Awareness:
- T2S promotes awareness and understanding of different backgrounds to foster inclusivity.
- Reporting Harassment:
- Users can report harassment informally or formally to supervisors, managers, or HR representatives.
- Timelines for Raising Personal Grievances:
- General grievances should be raised within 90 days; harassment grievances within 12 months.
- Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:
- Reports of harassment and grievances will be kept confidential, and retaliation is strictly prohibited.
- Investigation and Resolution:
- T2S will conduct thorough investigations of complaints and take appropriate measures to address issues.
